.
Resepi asal adalah hasil gubahan banyak resepi setelah banyak kali "try and error". Banyak menggunakan khidmat mak google. Versi Melayu
Bahan A :
1/2 kg tepung gandum
1 biji telur
Bahan B :
200ml air suam
1/2 pek yis / 5.5 gram (mauripan)
Cara-caranya :
1. Campurkan bahan A dan bahan B. Uli beberapa minit dan campurkan lagi bahan C ( masukkan air garam sedikit demi sedikit) sehingga doh sekata, lembut dan doh tidak melekit di tangan. Biarkan doh mengembang selama 60 ke 90 minit.
2. Selepas tempoh tersebut, uli lagi sehingga tiada ruang udara di dalam doh lebih kurang 10 minit. Selepas itu, bahagikan doh kepada 16 bahagian dan bentukkan menjadi doh bulat kecil sambil terus letakkan di dalam bekas loyang pembakar yang telah disapu margerin. Setelah siap, biarkan lagi doh mengembang untuk kali ke 2 selama lebih kurang 1 jam.
3. Panaskan oveny : 250 c /15 minit.
4. Bakar : 25 - 35 minit / 180 c. Oven panas : atas bawah dan letak loyang di layer yang paling bawah.
5. Bila sudah masak, keluarkan bun dari loyang dan secepatnya sapu dengan margerin sementara ianya masih panas agar kelihatan berkilat.
6. Sejukkan dan bolehlah di simpan dalam bekas tertutup.
Versi English
Ingredients A :
1/2 kg all-purpose flour
1 egg
Ingredients B :
200 ml cup warm water
1/2 packet active dry yeast/5.5 gm
4 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons sweetened creamer
2 teaspoons melted margarine/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
= Mix Ingredients B and leave it aside about 5 min/until yeast becomes foamy.
Ingredients C : Mix
Approximately 50 ml cup water + 1 teaspoons salt
Directions
1. Ingredients A mix with ingredients B. Knead a few minute then mix with ingredients C (put water slowly little by little) until dough combined and its soft and elastic for 10 minutes. Let it rise until doubled size approximately About 60 to 90 minutes.
2. Once doubled knead lightly again to release the air about 10 minute. After that, divide the dough into 16 equal portions (depends on tray size) and Shape into a smooth ball and place the buns onto a greased baking tray. Cover it and let it size double again About 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 250 C/ 15 minute.
4. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes / 180 c or until golden brown. Oven hot up & down and put in last layer from bottom .
5. Get it out from oven, remove the buns from tray to wire rack apply the margarine on a top buns while its still hot (using Brush) to give it a shine and glossy look.
6. Allow it to cool on wire rack before you can store them in a container.
**you can filling the bun with anything you like like mayonnaise Tuna, soft chocolate, cheese, etc**

2 sudu makan susu pekat manis
2 sudu makan margerin dicairkan/ 2 sudu makan minyak sayuran
= Campurkan kesemua bahan B dan biarkan yis tersebut mengembang lebih kurang 5 minit.
Bahan C:
Lebih kurang 50ml air + 1 sudu tea garam
2 sudu makan susu pekat manis
2 sudu makan margerin dicairkan/ 2 sudu makan minyak sayuran
= Campurkan kesemua bahan B dan biarkan yis tersebut mengembang lebih kurang 5 minit.

Lebih kurang 50ml air + 1 sudu tea garam
